Seeing Luguo appear before them, Yin Jian was at a loss for words. How many times had this happened now? His luck was truly unmatched.

“Have you changed jobs again?” Yin Jian asked, scrutinizing Luguo’s current attire.

Luguo nodded in response: “I previously asked Stone to help me with the game. She said the animals in my game didn’t behave vividly enough, so I came here for research.”

“Stone… Are you the Happy Afro?” Upon hearing Luguo’s words, Zhou Shun’s eyes widened, asking uncertainly.

Hearing Zhou Shun call out his designer nickname, Luguo felt a bit embarrassed and nodded: “Greetings, Great Green Hat.”

When Zhou Shun had streamed before, it was easy to guess his identity.

After a few exchanges among the three, Luguo spoke up: “Let’s go. I’ll take you to see some particularly interesting animals.”

“I’ve been working here these past few days, and the inspiration flows like an unstoppable fountain.”

Yin Jian and Zhou Shun had no objections. Even if they hadn’t met Luguo, they were planning to hire a guide anyway.

Seeing their agreement, Luguo led the way: “Let me first take you to find a small sightseeing spacecraft.”

With that, he guided them into the zoo, arriving at a docking area filled with various round-shaped capsules.

The spacecraft here were uniform in design—transparent glass windows above, and car-like seats below.

They came in different sizes.

“The large ones are for big tour groups. We just need a small one,” Luguo explained, leading them to a four-seater capsule.

He opened the spacecraft and invited them inside.

The spacecraft used autonomous piloting technology; manual control was impossible due to the unpredictability and risk of human error.

Once Yin Jian and Zhou Shun were seated, Luguo immediately started the craft.

Operating it was simple—just two functions: adjust speed and input destination.

After entering the destination, the ship would launch immediately and carry passengers there.

Confirming the destination, Luguo turned and said, “I’ll first take you to see the biggest creature here.”

“The big guy? Could it be the Starry Sky Beast?” Zhou Shun asked in surprise.

Yin Jian also looked at Luguo upon hearing this.

He had seen the Starry Sky Beast in a biological compendium from the Huaxin Bookstore.

It was a Level-S protected species from the Xiahua region.

Born from a special planet, its young were already planet-sized.

Upon maturity, their size multiplied dozens of times.

They fed exclusively on planets.

An incredibly rare creature in the universe.

Each one looked different, making every Starry Sky Beast unique.

Records showed only six living specimens had been discovered across the entire universe, with just two in the Xiahua star domain.

Seeing this legendary creature in person would make the trip worthwhile.

Luguo nodded in response to Zhou Shun’s question, then shook his head: “It’s not a living Starry Sky Beast, but a carcass.”

“Experts had tried to bring a living one here before. Plans were ready, but after realizing the enormous costs of feeding and maintaining the Starry Sky Beast, the project was scrapped.”

“That makes sense. Eating planets every day—ignoring the value of the planets themselves—the shipping cost alone would be astronomical,” Yin Jian commented.

“Just a skeleton… what a pity,” Zhou Shun lamented.

Seeing his regret, Luguo smiled: “If you really want to see one, you can visit the Starry Sky Institute. They’re a tour group specializing in tracking Starry Sky Beasts.”

“But the creatures’ movements are unpredictable. Their bodies naturally emit a special magnetic field, making detection difficult. If you go, prepare for a long wait.”

“I’ll pass,” Zhou Shun said, adjusting the brim of his green baseball cap and shaking his head.

He had heard of the Starry Sky Institute; their trips were measured in years. He didn’t have that kind of time to waste.

“We’ve arrived,” Luguo suddenly pointed in a direction.

Yin Jian and Zhou Shun looked where he indicated.

A gray wall divided the cosmic expanse before them in two.

What they had previously thought a massive meteor now seemed as insignificant as dust before this giant beast.

“Is this the Starry Sky Beast?” Zhou Shun craned his neck, trying to gauge the towering creature’s height.

But it was impossible.

From a human perspective, its full form was beyond clear view.

Luguo knew this and said, “There’s an exhibition hall on its body. I’ll take you there. Inside, there are virtual displays showing how the Starry Sky Beast shatters stars to create shockwaves.”

After gaining their consent, he reset the sightseeing spacecraft’s destination.

With the destination set, the spacecraft ascended immediately.

At that moment, Yin Jian and Zhou Shun finally grasped the sheer enormity of the giant beast.

Traveling at the spacecraft’s speed, it still took over ten minutes to reach the top of the Starry Sky Beast’s corpse.

Looking around, the vastness stretched endlessly like a continent.

Countless buildings rose atop it.

“Are these all Starry Sky Beast exhibition halls?” Yin Jian frowned, overwhelmed by the sheer number of structures.

“Of course not,” Luguo said, pointing to a massive circular building nearby. “Only that one is. The other buildings house creatures that require special care.”

“Oh, and the Hominid Sector is also here. It’s quite interesting. After we finish the virtual display, we’ll go there.”

The Hominid Sector featured beings resembling humans externally but with completely different internal structures.

Most were accidental products from experiments spanning thousands of years of human history.

Some appeared naturally but were classified as humanoid.

The government designated special living areas for them to lead normal lives.

Some even worked as zoo mascots to earn extra income.

After the sightseeing craft docked, they headed toward the Starry Sky Beast exhibition hall nearby.

Many visitors were playing around here; looking out, Yin Jian saw a sea of heads.

“It’s still low season now. I heard from a senior that during peak season it’s packed with people, so crowded you can’t move,” Luguo kept up his guide role.

Yin Jian nodded, following Luguo into the Starry Sky Beast exhibition hall.

Inside was even more crowded, nearly to the point of being packed.

Yin Jian cast a glance around, then his gaze was drawn upward by the virtual display above.

In the vast, circular open space overhead, a miniature universe had been materialized.

Among countless spinning celestial bodies, a gray, droplet-shaped creature moved through this starry sea.

It had no eyes; its enormous mouth was toothless, filled instead with countless small tentacles resembling tiny hands.

These tentacles were long and moved with the speed and sharpness of lightning cutting through clouds, shooting out rapidly from the mouth to envelop floating meteors and pull them in.

“Watch its tail carefully,” Luguo said after they had observed for a while. “Many comets in the universe are actually the droppings of these colossal creatures.”

Not long after, Yin Jian and Zhou Shun saw the creature flick its tail, launching an irregular object with a purple tail far into the distance.

After watching how the Starry Sky Beast dismembers planets and viewing the rare footage of humanity’s first encounter with it, Luguo led the two, thoroughly satisfied, toward the Hominid Sector exhibition hall.

The Hominid Sector was quite a distance from the Starry Sky Beast hall; walking would take days.

Fortunately, numerous conveyor belts were installed on the Starry Sky Beast’s back, capable of rapidly transporting small, can-shaped vehicles to destinations.

This system was somewhat like a miniature high-speed rail, though with different underlying technology.

The conveyor belts moved swiftly.

Within five or six minutes, the three arrived at the Hominid Sector.

A towering building with dozens of floors.

This was the most ordinary-looking building there.

Looking at the building, Yin Jian asked out of curiosity, “I saw in the promotional material that they found a frozen man from the Information Age here.”

He was very curious about this “fellow countryman” from the same era as his soul.

“You mean Xu Tian? He does come from the Information Age,” Luguo smiled as he replied.

“I heard that upon waking, he was shouting that he didn’t want to be a rare species. He wanted to change the era and change his fate, but as soon as he stepped out of the sterile recovery room, he was knocked down by super evolved germs.”

“After being rescued, he became obedient.”

“Later, he got obsessed with games. To buy the latest gaming pod, he signed a contract with the Cosmic Zoo to work as a rare species and earn money.”

“Indeed, no one can escape the ‘True Fragrance’ law of Master Wang,” Luguo sighed after finishing the introduction.

“...” Yin Jian listened and was completely certain: this was his fellow countryman, and a purebred 21st-century fool at that.
