Sister Yang Comes Calling

I arrived at Fatty’s house and saw his father and several other men already joyfully drinking and eating dog meat.

I greeted them, and Fatty’s father politely invited me to sit down. After that, everyone drank, chatted, and ate dog meat together. Eating dog meat during the Lunar New Year is quite normal in the countryside; in the eyes of rural folk, dog meat is no different from pork or beef. Once everyone was tipsy, they started playing mahjong.

Playing mahjong is a major recreational activity during the first lunar month in the countryside. I thought to myself that since Elder Sister Ye had taken my bed, it would be terribly awkward to lie down next to her. Therefore, it was better to stay at Fatty’s house and play mahjong to pass the long night.

While I played mahjong, Fatty built a campfire beside the table to keep us warm. He sat next to me, making sweeping gestures and occasionally offering me some terrible advice! Everyone was deeply enthusiastic about the game. By late at night, as a mahjong novice, I had lost over three hundred yuan!

Feeling tired, I bid farewell and left. The others still hadn’t had enough, so Fatty took my place and continued playing mahjong. I returned home, opened the door, and Gu Ying excitedly rushed up to greet me.

As I closed the door, I noticed the room was much tidier; Elder Sister Ye’s women’s underwear and bras were gone! Evidently, after I left, she had hidden them away. She was likely worried that someone else might walk in and see them, causing me embarrassment and easy misunderstandings—especially since Sister Li was a cautionary tale from the past.

I hadn’t slept well last night, and between the drinking and mahjong tonight, I felt exhausted and wanted a good rest. But there was only one bed in the room, and Elder Sister Ye was already fast asleep.

It would be terribly embarrassing for me to crawl in there now; it would look as though I were trying to take advantage of Elder Sister Ye.

Noticing that the campfire in the room had burned out, I gathered some firewood and relighted it, making the room much warmer.

The sound of me making the fire startled Elder Sister Ye. Seeing that I had returned, she asked, "Ah Feng, why aren't you coming up to sleep?"

I replied, "You go ahead and sleep! I'm not tired."

Elder Sister Ye said, "Stop pretending. You haven't slept all of last night; I know you must be exhausted."

I couldn't help smiling as I said, "If you let me come up to sleep, aren't you afraid I'll take advantage of the situation?"

Elder Sister Ye sighed and said, "If that's what's on your mind, I'll just have to endure it. Not to mention that you saved my life in the past, today I even caused your wife to misunderstand and leave you. So letting you have some compensation is only fair."

I smiled. "Since you're willing, if I don't come up to sleep, wouldn't I be letting down your kind intentions?"

Hearing this, Elder Sister Ye scolded, "You're a grown man, stop hesitating and be decisive! Either come up to sleep, or do whatever you please."

With that, Elder Sister Ye turned onto her side to sleep and paid me no more attention.

I originally intended to stubbornly sit by the campfire, but past one in the morning, I simply couldn't hold out any longer. So, moving on tiptoe, I took off my clothes and lay down on my side next to Elder Sister Ye.

Perhaps because I was so tired, I slept soundly. When I woke up the next day, it was already broad daylight. I got out of bed and cooked breakfast.

Elder Sister Ye was also getting ready to wake up, and she asked me to check her wound and change her gauze. Untying the gauze wrapped around her chest and wrapping it up again was always a moment of embarrassment and excitement for me.

Of course, for Elder Sister Ye, her primary concern now was her wound; compared to her physical recovery, other matters like shyness were utterly trivial. She needed to evade pursuers and eventually seek revenge, so she had to heal as quickly as possible.

Elder Sister Ye sat up, and I untied the gauze wrapped around her torso. Gazing at that snow-white skin once again stirred a man's boundless imagination.

Once the gauze was undone, Elder Sister Ye lay face down on the bed, and I began removing the dressing stuck to her wound, using alcohol-soaked cotton to wipe away the bloodstains around the edges.

Seeing that the wound was neither red nor swollen, with no oozing blood, it appeared uninfected, which meant the surgery had been successful.

I cleaned the wound, applied fresh gauze, and then, following Elder Sister Ye's instructions, wrapped it back up.

Perhaps I accidentally touched one of Elder Sister Ye's sensitive spots; by the time I finished wrapping the gauze, her face was completely flushed.

I could only flush with embarrassment and explain, "Elder Sister Ye, I didn't mean to do that just now."

Elder Sister Ye gave me a sideways glance and said, "Why have you become so timid all of a sudden? Even if you did it on purpose, I wouldn't blame you."

After finishing breakfast, Elder Sister Ye took her anti-inflammatory medication. Because she couldn't go outside for fear of arousing suspicion, she continued to lie in bed and rest.

I closed the door and took Gu Ying outside to bask in the sun. Fatty had probably stayed up too late playing mahjong and was sleeping during the day, so he didn't come to disturb me either.

Suddenly, my cell phone rang. I checked the screen and was surprised to see it was a call from Elder Sister Yang.

Elder Sister Yang said, "Xiao Feng, where are you? I've already driven to your village."

I hadn't expected Elder Sister Yang to drive all the way here to find me. It seemed that once a woman went wild, she would dare to do anything daring.

Since she had already tracked me down, I had no choice but to go out and welcome her... Noticing me staring at her blankly, Elder Sister Yang's cheeks flushed red as she said, "Stop staring at me like a fool and take me to your house. I brought you so many good things... I'm staying at your house tonight."

Taken aback, I blurted out, "Elder Sister Yang, what about the factory?"

Elder Sister Yang giggled, "It's fine. The old gatekeeper is back on duty today. Besides, that petty thief suffered once, so he definitely won't dare to come back again."

I thought to myself that Elder Sister Ye was still lying in my bed—how on earth could I have the nerve to bring Elder Sister Yang home? But how could I possibly refuse?

So I said, "Elder Sister Yang, my house is very dilapidated and dirty. You shouldn't go."

Elder Sister Yang scolded playfully, "Since I'm already here, how can you have the heart not to invite me in? All these things are for us to eat tonight..."

With that, she took out beef, mutton, and fish from her trunk and shoved them right into my hands...!

With no other choice, I had to bite the bullet and lead Elder Sister Yang back home... while Gu Ying ran excitedly ahead to lead the way.

I opened the door and glanced at the bed, seeing that Elder Sister Ye had buried her entire body under the covers. Unless one looked closely, it wouldn't be obvious that someone was lying beneath the quilt.

I put the things down and prepared to invite Elder Sister Yang to sit, but before I knew what was happening, she eagerly threw her arms around me and kissed me wildly...
