After Madara's defection, another five-year plan passed before Hao Yun finally heard the system's voice in his ear.

“Congratulations, Host, task completed. Would you like to return to the Marvel world?”

“How much longer can I stay in the Naruto world?” Hao Yun stroked his chin, glancing at his disciples chatting with Madara in the distance... When had things gone off track?

Clearly, at the beginning, he only wanted to accept a few disciples and save some tragedies he couldn't bear to watch... But now, how had it turned into inciting his disciples to rebel and stirring up a red revolution in the ninja world?

Well, it must be because he was a true successor to socialism!

“Host may remain for another twelve hours. When time is up, you will return to the MCU, and the Naruto world will be locked in the marketplace.”

“Okay, then I'll leave after my farewells.”

...

Reluctant to witness tears, Hao Yun called Sakura over, informed her of his impending departure, and returned straight to the MCU without lingering.

After all, the Naruto world was now in a period of great development—akin to China in the 1960s and '70s. He had been teaching (or rather, touring) in the Naruto world for nearly a decade. There really wasn’t much left to do; it was better to leave early.

The moment he arrived back in the Marvel universe, Hao Yun opened his eyes and found himself in the Illuminati base, in his own room.

“Congratulations, Host, on completing the mission: Tsunade's commission—Save Jiraiya. Mission rating: Five stars!”

“Host has received the following rewards: Complete mastery of Wood Release Ninjutsu, 10,000 points, and a 90% discount on Naruto world items in the shop!”

“Additional five-star rating reward: 100,000 points!”

Hao Yun stroked his chin—what a satisfying reward! With a five-star rating yielding 100,000 points, he could practically clear out the Naruto world items.

If he could bring the chakra system into the MCU... When Thanos arrived, he’d be facing tens of thousands of Susanoos? Heh, that would be epic!

“I wonder how far the MCU has progressed by now. When I left, it was 2012, and I spent nearly ten years in the Naruto world. That’s a 10:1 time ratio, so has a year passed here?”

“What happened in 2013? Hmm... That should be Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World, right? The villain in Iron Man 3, Killian, was already taken out by me, so... this must be Thor: The Dark World, the time of the Dark Elves’ invasion?”

Having roughly determined his point of return, Hao Yun straightened his clothes, left his room, and called for the smart steward.

“JARVIS, where are my mom, aunt, and uncle?”

“Hao Yun Potts, you’ve grown up. Welcome home. Sir and Angel are currently in New York investigating unusual spatial fluctuations. Would you like me to notify them?”

“Oh, they’re in London... All right, you don’t need to bother. I’ll go over myself.”

So they were in London, and there were unusual spatial fluctuations... No doubt it was trouble from Asgard. Since the Illuminati only included Earth’s heroes and hadn’t brought in Thor or his kind, it was surely the Dark Elves’ invasion.

But first, let’s check my stats—I should be able to upgrade some abilities.

“System, open my personal panel!”

“Host: Hao Yun
Power Level: LV5 Planetary (PS: LV5–LV10 are Planetary; above LV10 is Galactic, i.e., Celestial level)
Physique: Sage Body (energy ten times that of others at the same level), Advanced Observation Haki (Intermediate), Complete mastery of Wood Release Ninjutsu.
Ability: LV5 Electromaster
Items: One cubic meter of nanobots, a diluted version of the Super-God Gene, and the Xuanyuan Sword! (Items already given away are no longer listed.)
Sign-in Points: 110,547.”

“Spend 5,000 points to upgrade Electromaster ability to LV6, then another 50,000 to upgrade to LV7!”

“Upgrade successful. Host’s remaining points: 45,547.”

In the living room, Hao Yun was surrounded by crackling lightning, looking every bit the god of thunder! When the light faded, he felt his power had more than doubled! His precision control over electricity had also reached a new level!

Using points for upgrades resulted in a perfect advancement?! The system was really something!

Glancing at the panel again, sure enough, he had reached LV7 Planetary!

In terms of the Naruto world, that would be roughly super-Kage level, equal to the strongest force at the time he left!

He still had over 40,000 points left. As for ninjutsu, with Wood Release, he had more than enough—time to upgrade his Haki!

“Upgrade Haki!”

“Upgrade complete! 10,000 points deducted!”

“Host: Hao Yun
Power Level: LV7 Planetary (PS: LV5–LV10 are Planetary; above LV10 is Galactic, i.e., Celestial level)
Physique: Sage Body (energy ten times that of others at the same level), Advanced Observation Haki, Complete mastery of Wood Release Ninjutsu.

Ability: LV7 Electromaster
Items: One cubic meter of nanobots, a diluted version of the Super-God Gene, and the Xuanyuan Sword! (Items already given away are no longer listed.)
Sign-in Points: 35,547.”

Still more than 30,000 points... Never mind, his mother's self-defense abilities were too weak and relied completely on Baymax. But Baymax was still a medical robot, so she needed a Sage Body and Rinnegan. His aunt could have a Tenseigan and Sage Body. As for Tony... wasn’t he obsessed with suits? Nanobots with Susanoo armor should satisfy him, right? For now, he’d save the 30,000 points. Then there were Natasha, Captain America, even his own dog, and Thor...

He silently calculated the upgrade expenses for his people. No, he had to resolve matters in the MCU quickly and then travel to another world.

In the MCU, the power system couldn't be too simplistic! Completing missions was the key to earning more points!

He tested his new abilities... At LV7, his Electromaster powers could summon lightning bolts by hand, producing billions of volts. His body could form a lightning armor far superior to the Lightning Release Cloak of the ninja world. As for the Railgun... forget it, the nanobots probably couldn’t withstand his full power now and would just be reduced to molten iron...

He wondered when he could reach the level of elemental embodiment. Only then could he unleash the Railgun at full power again.

Well, there was no point dwelling on it. The next upgrade would require 100,000 points—no small sum. For now, it was best to get to London!

After grabbing one of Tony’s limited-edition sports cars from the underground garage, Hao Yun headed straight for the New York Sanctum of Kamar-Taj.

As soon as he entered, he saw Wong—the guardian of the New York Sanctum?! Wait, wasn’t Wong the librarian? How did he end up as the guardian here?

“Wong?”

“Hao Yun? The Sorcerer Supreme is waiting for you. Please, follow me!”

Clearly, Wong wasn’t the guardian; he was just sent by the Sorcerer Supreme to bring Hao Yun to Kamar-Taj.

Passing through a fixed portal, Hao Yun followed Wong to Kamar-Taj... Entering the Sanctum Sanctorum, he saw the Ancient One elegantly brewing tea, clearly waiting for him.

“Please, have a seat.”

“Sorcerer Supreme, it’s been a long time.”

Hao Yun respectfully performed the mage’s salute. As previously mentioned, the Ancient One was truly a figure worthy of respect in the MCU, and Hao Yun dared not be disrespectful.

“Yes, it has been a long time...” The Sorcerer Supreme gazed at him, eyes full of kindness. “Did you fare well during your ten years in the other world?”
