Chapter Six: The Keli Interstellar Battle Squad! (An Extra Chapter for Qidian Reader Nicholas Wang Fugui! ~Thank you for your support)
“Clap, clap, clap!”
“Meow!”
The passageway door slid open. Young Rog strode through, gripping the collar of the Devouring Beast, Gugu, leading the members of the Starfleet behind him.
“So, you’ve become chummy with the enemy, huh?”
Nick Fury reacted instantly, drawing his gun, but the female warrior standing beside Young Rog waved her sniper rifle at him. Nick’s mouth twitched slightly before he obediently dropped his pistol.
He certainly didn’t want to test whose weapon was more powerful—the weakest firearm on Earth or those wielded across the galaxy.
After all, a handgun might not be lethal, but that sniper rifle? It could probably leave him without a body to recover.
With a forceful toss of Gugu, Young Rog’s gaze fixed entirely on Carol.
“Where’s the uniform you used to wear?”
“As we suspected, she’s been brainwashed!” The female warrior sneered without restraint, holding her weapon to threaten everyone present.
Haoyun felt a twinge of impatience. To be honest, he despised pretending to be weaker than he was. Wasn’t overwhelming strength far better? Could these worthless fools before him withstand a single punch?
“You’ve been deceiving me all along!” Carol’s voice cracked with emotion. Haoyun gritted his teeth and lowered his hands. It was clear Carol felt deeply for Young Rog.
Anyone who’d seen the original film knew she truly regarded Young Rog as her mentor.
Fine, he’d take the loss. After all, Carol was one of their own—letting her understand the grudges with the Kree was worthwhile.
“I trained you to be your best self,” Young Rog retorted flatly. “Without our modifications, you’re nothing!”
“Let’s go. I think you should meet the Supreme Intelligence.”
Young Rog approached Carol, signaling for her to follow. She offered no resistance—not even a struggle—but simply trailed behind him.
The rest of the Starfleet members left, except for three who remained, guns in hand, guarding the humans and Skrulls.

The three Kree warriors on guard escorted them to the laboratory’s holding cells and, in passing, assessed their abilities.
“Species designation: Human male. Threat level: nearly zero.”
Nick Fury was the first to be scanned. Displeased, he muttered to Rambo and Haoyun, “I’d bet five bucks that thing’s broken!”
Next was Gugu.
“Species designation: Devouring Beast. Danger level: extremely high!”
Gugu was fitted with a steel muzzle and placed inside a high-tech cat carrier.
“Alright, I think that thing’s broken too,” Rambo grumbled. She had known Gugu for quite some time—back when Gugu was Dr. Lawson’s orange tabby cat—and he’d never shown an ounce of menace.
At worst, he might scratch the sofa.
Then it was Haoyun’s turn.
“Species designation: Human male. Threat level: BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!”
The moment the device uttered “threat level,” red lights flashed wildly and a loud alarm blared, warning the Kree warriors over and over of the extreme danger posed by the human male before them.
“BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! Super individual detected! Starfleet weapons are ineffective against this person! Evacuate immediately! Evacuate immediately!”
“This is bad!”
The Starfleet warriors, trusting the device’s judgment, dropped their weapons to the floor without a hint of resistance. Their legs bent, awaiting any slight move from Haoyun that would send them trembling to their knees.
Especially the female warrior who had aimed her gun at Nick Fury—her voice trembled as she spoke.
“Sir... we—we didn’t mean any harm. We will release you immediately. Please, don’t be angry...”
Nick, Rambo, and the Skrull were stunned. What was going on? Weren’t the Kree supposed to be the strongest military force in the galaxy? Why were they groveling before a mere Earth man?
And don’t think I didn’t hear that clearly—the device confirmed the species as human male, just like me, Fury!
He looked harmless enough—just a scrawny guy, only a bit better looking than me!
These thoughts raced through Nick Fury’s mind, while in reality, Haoyun sighed and shrugged at the Skrull and Rambo. “I was just here to make a cameo, didn’t expect my true power to be revealed.”
“So, you’re Kree, right? Aren’t you known for invading planets all over the galaxy and being the strongest nation? Why are you so scared of me?”
Haoyun stood, gently tugging, and effortlessly snapped the high-tech handcuffs apart. The motion was fluid, smooth, as if there was no resistance at all.
Seeing this, even the dullest Nick realized the man before him was a supreme powerhouse.
Bang, bang, bang...
All the Kree warriors dropped to their knees simultaneously. The female warrior’s trembling voice answered Haoyun’s question.
“Honored sir, before encountering you, we faced another being of the same threat level. Its true form was a planet. When it attempted to plant seeds on Kree, we lost billions of soldiers and launched over ten planetary annihilation bombs before finally repelling it.”
Ah, so you met Ego. No wonder you’re so courteous to me.
Hearing the woman’s account, Haoyun instantly recognized the other powerful being. A planetary entity planting seeds—who else but Ego?
The Kree were quite unlucky to encounter Ego, have Carol brainwashed, Ronan’s high-ranking traitor being Thanos, and now be interrogated by Haoyun himself.
Seriously, do you Kree deliberately pick fights only with celestial-level beings and above?
Any one of those alone could obliterate your planet with bare hands.
The Kree truly had a death wish.
“Well, I don’t have time to quarrel with you. After all, you did save Carol and trained her for so long.”
Haoyun considered for a moment, then decided to let the matter rest with the Kree warriors.
“But you must know who I am. I forbid you from revealing this to Young Rog or anyone else! Carol’s issues are hers to resolve. Any problems with that?”
Haoyun’s gaze locked onto the Kree warriors. They exchanged glances, their lips twitching, then nodded in agreement.
Boss, don’t blame us—we were forced into this.
As for the Kree’s usual arrogance, there was no helping it. They were just relieved to have saved their own skins.
Thus, while Young Rog stood guard beside Carol as she conversed with the Supreme Intelligence, Haoyun and the others had become mere spectators, quietly awaiting Carol’s inevitable outburst.
“Have you ever wondered what I look like when I unleash my full power?”
Suddenly, Carol, half-kneeling, rose to her feet. Energy surged throughout her body, radiating a scorching brilliance...
