Qin Feng did not answer his question; instead, he offered a cold sneer and kicked him flying.

"Ah!" Mr. Liu let out a miserable shriek, crashing heavily to the ground, unable to get back up for a long time.

"Brother Feng, that was awesome!"

Seeing this, Zhang Hu and Abu felt their morale surge. Working together, they quickly knocked the remaining thugs to the ground.

Qin Feng walked over to Mr. Liu, looking down at him with a chilling gleam in his eyes. "Speak. Who ordered you to do this?"

Mr. Liu had completely lost his previous arrogance. He stared at Qin Feng in terror, his voice trembling as he replied, "I... I cannot say..."

"Oh? You cannot say?"

Qin Feng sneered, crouched down, grabbed him by the hair, and hoisted him off the ground. "It seems you prefer the hard way over the easy way, then?"

Mr. Liu’s face turned deathly pale, his lips quivering, but he remained tight-lipped.

"Since you refuse to talk, don't blame me for being ruthless!"

A flash of cruelty crossed Qin Feng’s eyes as he prepared to strike.

Suddenly, the sound of chaotic footsteps echoed from the depths of the cave, accompanied by gruff shouts: "Boss, there seems to be some movement ahead!"

"Let’s go, check it out!"

Qin Feng frowned, looking toward the depths of the cave with a flicker of suspicion. Could there be others?

The light grew dimmer in the depths of the cave. Shadows shifted and footsteps clattered, as if a pack of wild beasts were closing in.

Qin Feng calmly pulled Mr. Liu in front of him, gripping his collar like a chick, while his other hand quietly tightened around the dagger hidden at his waist.

"Damn it, who's there?!" Zhang Hu roared in a gruff voice. Abu, more vigilant, pressed his back against the rock wall, his eyes scanning the depths of the cave like a hawk.

"Well, well, quite a lively scene we have here!"

A rough voice, laced with mockery, drifted from the darkness. Moments later, a tall figure emerged at the cave entrance. In the dim light, the jagged scar on his face appeared particularly terrifying.

The newcomer was Liu Qing, a hall master of the Hong Gang. Behind him followed a dozen burly men in black, all looking fierce and clearly not to be trifled with.

Liu Qing swaggered into the cave, his eyes sweeping greedily around the space before finally settling on Qin Feng.

"Kid, are you Qin Feng?"

Liu Qing looked him up and down, a disdainful smirk curling his lips. "I heard you’ve got some skills, and that you even finished off that loser, Mo Lei?"

"Mo Lei?"

Qin Feng raised an eyebrow, realizing the situation. It seemed these guys were indeed after whatever was in the cave, though he wondered how they had gotten the information.

"Enough chatter. If you know what's good for you, get lost. This isn't a place for you to be!" Liu Qing waved his hand impatiently, his tone incredibly arrogant.

"Oh? Then tell me, what kind of place is this? I’d like to know why I can’t be here?"

Instead of backing down, Qin Feng took a step forward, a playful smile on his lips.

"You’re asking for death, kid!"

A burly man behind Liu Qing, fueled by rage, rolled up his sleeves and prepared to charge at Qin Feng to teach him a lesson.

"Stop!"

Liu Qing held up a hand to stop his subordinate. He narrowed his eyes, studying Qin Feng while secretly trying to gauge his background.

"Listen, kid, I don't care who you are, but I advise you not to meddle in other people's business!" Liu Qing said in a chilling tone. "The things in this cave are not for you to touch!"

"Oh? Is that so?" Qin Feng chuckled, looking at Liu Qing with amusement. "I, on the other hand, believe that the things in this cave belong to whoever has the ability to take them. What do you think?"

"You mother..."

Liu Qing was incensed; this kid was actually provoking him to his face. He must be tired of living!

"Kid, I see you’ve chosen the hard way!"

With a roar, Liu Qing waved his hand, and the dozen burly men immediately surrounded Qin Feng and his group.

"Take them! Throw these idiots out!"

"Yes, Brother Qing!"

Receiving the order, the dozen men lunged at Qin Feng’s group like starving wolves.

"Brother Feng, watch out!" Zhang Hu and Abu quickly moved to shield Qin Feng, engaging the charging thugs in a brawl.

"A bunch of trash, daring to act so brazenly in front of me!"

Qin Feng let out a cold snort. His figure moved like a phantom through the crowd, and every strike he landed was accompanied by a scream.

Standing to the side, Liu Qing had originally thought that with his superior numbers, dealing with these guys would be a simple matter. He hadn't expected Qin Feng to be so capable, taking down several of his men in mere moments.

"This kid... he’s a bit tricky!"

Liu Qing’s expression shifted, and he grew wary. It appeared he had encountered someone truly formidable.

"Brother Qing, should we..."

A thug leaned in and whispered something into Liu Qing’s ear. Liu Qing’s eyes flashed with ruthlessness, and he nodded.

"Damn it, today I’ll show you what the power of the Hong Sect is all about! Use the smoke!"

The scarred man immediately pulled a black cylinder from his chest, yanked it, and a pungent green mist instantly began to fill the air.

"Cough, cough, cough..."

Caught off guard, Zhang Hu and Abu inhaled the smoke, immediately feeling dizzy and seeing the world blur.

"Brother Feng, watch out! It’s toxic smoke!"

Zhang Hu forced himself to endure the discomfort, shouting a warning to Qin Feng.

Qin Feng also felt a wave of dizziness as his vision began to cloud. He knew he had been caught in a trap.

"Hahaha! Kid, no matter how skilled you are, you’re no match for my soul-stealing incense!"

Liu Qing watched the swaying Qin Feng and burst into a triumphant laugh. "Tie them up!"

Several thugs rushed forward and bound Qin Feng, Zhang Hu, and Abu tightly.

"Take these guys back! I’m going to give them a special welcome!"

Liu Qing laughed maliciously, his eyes scanning the unconscious Qin Feng with greed. "And that treasure on the kid—that’s mine too!"

With a wave of his hand, Liu Qing led his men away, dragging the unconscious Qin Feng and his companions into the depths of the cave.

...

When Qin Feng regained consciousness, he found himself in a dark, damp room.

He struggled to sit up, only to realize his hands and feet were secured with thick iron chains, leaving him unable to move.

"Brother Feng, you’re awake!" Zhang Hu’s weak voice came from nearby.

Qin Feng turned to look and saw that Zhang Hu and Abu were also bound in the corner of the room. Both looked dispirited, clearly not yet fully recovered from the effects of the smoke.

"These bastards, to think they would resort to underhanded tactics!" Zhang Hu gritted his teeth. "When I get out of here, I’m going to tear them to pieces!"

"Where are we?" Qin Feng scanned his surroundings, his brow furrowed.

"I don't know." Abu shook his head.

"We were already here when we woke up."
