Chapter 182: Pipimow
Chang Yu walked over leisurely and finally stopped in front of Zhao Dasheng.
Just like a mob boss in a television series, he always made a fashionable, fashionably late entrance.
"What are you doing here?" The bootleg disk peddler saw Chang Yu's calm and collected demeanor and couldn't quite figure out his background.
"You ask me? I'm the big brother he was talking about." Chang Yu pointed at the peddler's nose. "I'll give you a chance. Let him go, and I'll pretend I didn't see anything."
"Pfft!"
The peddler laughed on the spot.
Having traveled far and wide for so many years, this was the first time he had ever met someone who dared to act so arrogant toward him in a dream.
"Kid, you've got guts."
The peddler casually tossed Zhao Dasheng aside, throwing him onto the ground.
Zhao Dasheng let out a miserable scream, rolled around on the ground several times with a series of muffled thuds, and finally came to a stop.
The peddler cracked his knuckles, a sinister grin spreading across his face, and reached out to grab Chang Yu, intending to teach this ignorant junior a lesson.
However, Chang Yu's movements were much faster than his. With a slight dodge of his left shoulder, Chang Yu evaded the peddler's grasp.
Immediately following that, channeling his inner Qi, he delivered a fierce kick straight to the peddler's stomach.
"Ahhhhhhh....."
Like a giant bouncy ball, the peddler was sent flying by Chang Yu's kick, soaring three or four meters through the air before crashing to the ground.
"Hiss~"
He struggled repeatedly before managing to crawl back up from the ground, grimacing in pain as the movement aggravated his injuries.
"Kid, you... you are definitely not an ordinary person."
By this point, how could the peddler not realize that he had kicked a steel plate?
"Tell me, how did you get into this dream? This isn't scientific at all!"
Previously, he was always the one bullying others in dreams; how could anyone possibly bully him in his own domain?
For a moment, the peddler was somewhat dazed. Well, this was indeed the first time he had ever encountered such a situation.
In the past, he had always effortlessly crushed everyone else within dreams.
"Want to know?" Chang Yu slowly approached the peddler, his steps steady and powerful.
"If you want to know, you should first tell me who you are and who sent you to mess with Zhao Dasheng."
"Little punk, you probably have no idea what kind of trouble you've brought upon yourself, do you?" The peddler offered a wicked smile.
Even after being beaten, he still maintained the arrogant and despotic attitude of a lackey. It was truly a mystery where he derived his confidence.
"I'm afraid you're the one who has no idea what kind of trouble you've gotten into." Chang Yu showed no fear whatsoever toward the peddler's threats. "Your big brother now has someone backing him up; why would I be afraid of a tiny scum like you?"
"Kid, you're courting death yourself, so don't blame me!" The peddler cast a vicious glance at Chang Yu and slowly reached his hand toward the back of his... waistband.
Tucked in right there was a bulging object.
And that very object was the peddler's greatest source of confidence.
Was this... supposed to be emulating Katerina?
Just when Chang Yu thought the peddler was about to pull out a handgun, point it at him, and roar, "Times have changed, young man!" before opening fire immediately, the peddler instead drew out a blackened, charcoal-stained poker stick.
To be precise, it wasn't entirely a poker stick either.
Because right at the top of that rod, there was carved a lifelike statue of a strange beast.
It was the sculpture of a bizarre creature with a rather long snout, looking very much like a pig when viewed from the front.
